1. Returns

1.1   Consumer Guarantees:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

1.2   Change of Mind:

At Titan Bull Australia, we prioritise the health and safety of our customers. Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on our products. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as personal care products including bathing products, brushes, combs, body and beard scrubbers, apparel, merchandise and skin care products. Please choose your items carefully by reading the provided product descriptions.

Please note:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on products that fall under this category.

Consumer Guarantees:

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected by this policy. If you receive a product that is faulty, not as described, or does not meet the consumer guarantees, please contact us to arrange a resolution. Proof of fault will be required, and a formal check of the described fault will be conducted by our quality assurance team. Any form of return will be at the buyer’s expense. If our team confirms a fault, we will reimburse you for the postage once we receive proof of postage costs in the form of a receipt from Australia Post or other widely recognised shipping company in Australia. Without a postage receipt, we will not be able to reimburse you for the postage costs.

2. Refunds due to fault.

2.1 Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2 Refund Method:

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

2.3 Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend adding a tracking service to your return shipping method so that both you, the consumer, and Titan Bull Australia can keep track of its movements. In the event that your item is lost in transit, we will communicate with you via email on how we can reach a resolution together.

In the event that you receive a refund due to a product fault, the original shipping cost will not be returned as these are non-refundable, however, once you have provided proof of the return shipping cost in the form of a receipt from Australia post or another Australian recognised shipping company, we will reimburse you for these also.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchange Process:

If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different size, please contact us. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping of the original item and for the shipping costs of the new item.

PLEASE NOTE – WE WILL ONLY PROVIDE AN EXCHANGE FOR APPAREL ITEMS SUCH AS T-SHIRTS AND HOODIES FOR A CHANGE OF SIZE PROVIDED THE ITEM IS UNWORN, IN ITS ORIGIANL PACKAGING WITH THE TAG ATTACHED AND CAN BE RESOLD BY TITAN BULL AUSTRALIA. IF THESE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET ONCE CHECKED BY OUR QUALITY ASSURNCE TEAM, YOUR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

4.1 Replacement:

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement of the item at no cost to you, or offer you a refund if the problem cannot be resolved.
