1. Shipping Methods and Times

1.1   Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. After your order has been processed, we aim to ship within 48 hours.

Please note: Any orders placed on Friday, will be processed and shipped on the following Monday excluding public holidays.

Orders will not be processed on public holidays.

We will notify consumers of any delays in shipping and the reason behind this including back-order items, awaiting supplies or family event or emergency.

1.1   Orders for special occasions

During peak times such as Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day and the like, we suggest ordering 4-6 weeks before the event, as these periods are busy for Titan Bull Australia and Australia Post. To avoid disappointment, ordering early will ensure you receive your items on time.

We will advise on cut off dates for special occasions on our website, and social media platforms.

In the notes section of your order, you can advise us of whether this item is a gift. We are happy to gift wrap your order for you and add a personal note if required.

1.2   Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided to you during the checkout process based on the shipping method chosen.

As much as we would like to be able to offer free shipping, at this stage, this is not possible. We have chosen the most reliable shipping carrier and are partially covering the shipping costs. We will have periodic specials advising of free shipping so we recommend joining our mailing list to be advised of this, and to receive free shipping codes to be used at checkout.

All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure safe arrival and for accountability of our carrier.

1.3   Shipping Methods:

We offer the following shipping methods:

   - Standard Shipping: 1-7 business days

   - Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

All items are shipped via Australia Post.

1.4   Shipping Restrictions:

We only ship to addresses within Australia.

You must provide us with a physical address as we DO NOT post to PO Boxes.

2. Order Tracking

2.1 Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

2.2 Tracking Your Order:

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Copy the tracking number and paste into the Australia Post tracking app, or via this website : https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search

3. Shipping Delays

3.1 Factors Affecting Shipping:

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your parcel has left our hands, we are no longer responsible for your items. In the event that your parcel is lost in transit, we will gladly assist you in making a claim with Australia Post for compensation. You are more than welcome to re-order once receiving your compensation.

3.2 Communication:

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

4. Shipping Policy Changes

4.1 Updates:

We may update our Shipping Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

4.2 Notification:

We encourage you to review this Shipping Policy periodically for any changes. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Shipping Policy on our website.
